Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 pints fresh raspberries
- Dash of Grand Marnier
Preparation
Step 1
In a saute pan, melt the butter. Add the sugar, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add the raspberries and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add the Grand Marnier. Flame the liqueur and to continue to cook for 1 minute.
