Mom's Gravy (S/G)

Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet

Preparation

Step 1

Blend 1 cup of cold broth with flour. Heat remaining broth along with bouillon and Kitchen Bouquet. Stir until smooth. Add a small amount of hot liquid to cold liquid then add all to hot liquid. Cook until smooth and thickened.

May be made ahead of time and refrigerated for a thicker gravy.
