Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Chicken thighs (ground)
- 1 small onion (diced
- 1 Cup shrdded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Grind your chicken with a meat grinder or buy it pre-ground at the store.
Add all ingredients and shape into balls.
Cook on parchment paper or a silpat at 450 for 18 minutes.
