Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 6 tblsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tblsp evaporated milk
  • 2 tblsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and gradually add sugar then flour. Press into 12 muffin cups and press slightly up sides, then bake @ 350* for 10 minutes. Mix the filling and divide evenly into the muffin cups. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes. Turn out to cool, can be tricky to get out.
