Step 1
Melt a few tablespoons of butter in a skillet over med-hi heat. Add 2 cups chopped apples and a heaping spoonful of brown sugar. Cook until apples are softened, about 2 minutes. Stir in a few slices of crumbled bacon. Serve over pancakes or waffles.
