Sheppard Pie Mess
One dish skillet metabolic meal!
- 8 oz ground white turkey meat
- 1 big handful spinach
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sals
- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Cooking time 15mins
In a skillet over medium heat, begin browning the ground turkey. When meat is half cooked, add the onion and garlic and cook until meat is completely done. Stir in spinach .
Mix the eggs well with a fork and stir them in with the meat and spinach.
Continue cooking and stirring over low heat for a few more minutes, until the eggs are set.
Season with salt, pepper, and salsa. Serve.
Optional: add a spoonful of low-fat sour cream.
