Shrimp Grilled with Lime, Orange and Basil Oil

  • In a large bowl, combine zest of 2 oranges and 2 limes, 1/2 c olive oil and 3 T chopped fresh basil. Add 60 peeled and deveined medium or large shrimp, 1 tsp kosher salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper; refrigerate for 30 minutes.



Step 1

Remove shrimp from oil; discard oil. Grill shrimp over medium heat until opaque and slightly charred, about 2 minutes per side.
