Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp bkg soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 2 cups sugar, plus more for dipping
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients. Beat the sugar and butter till creamed, add eggs, add vanilla. Add flour mix. Then refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in a bowl of sugar like you would mom's gingersnaps. Bake @350 for 8 minutes or till set.
