Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag angel-hair slaw (finely shredded cabbage)
