Beer Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Bread Flour
  • 1-12oz Bottle of Beer, room temperature
  • 2 tsp Yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to stand mixer, mix until doughy. Cover with plastic wrap, put in warm area and let rise to double its size. Punch down. Let rise again. Roll into rope, tie into a knot. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Egg wash the top and salt tops. Proof again. Bake in 425 degree oven.
