Avacado Garlic Dip for French Fries

Ingredients

  • 5 avocados
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp grated horseradish
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot French Fries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rinse avocados. Cut in half and spoon out pit. Spoon out the flesh into a medium bowl. Mash with fork or masher. Stir in yogurt, onion, lemon juice, oil, mayonnaise, garlic and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve as a dip for hot French fries. This can also be served with fresh vegetable dippers, chips or toasted pita.
