Rubarb Cake

Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven

Ingredients

• 4 c Rubarb
• 1-3 oz. Raspberry Jello
• 1/3 c Sugar
• Cake Mix, yellow or white.
• 1 c water
• 1/3 c melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Lay cut up rubarb in bottom of a greased pan,
Sprinkle 3 oz. package of raspberry jello, (can also use strawberry jello) sugar. cake mix, (yellow or white)pour the cup of water, pour melted butter. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
