Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled tomatoes
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Cumin
  • Coriander seeds
  • Cardamom, ground
  • Fenugreek leaf
  • Garam masala
  • Sugar
  • Salt - pinch

Preparation

Step 1

Cook tomatoes until liquefied.

Add spices and bring to a boil.


This is the basic Red Sauce.
