Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/8 tsp.nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together pumpkin, eggs, milk and butter. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Stir until thoroughly combined. Cook according to the directions for your waffle maker. Serve immediately with berry or maple syrup.
