- 1 7-8 lb rib roast
- 1 tblsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Allow meat to come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 500*. Salt and pepper liberally, set it bone side down in roaster.
Timing:
500*. 45 minutes
325*. 30 minutes
450*. 15-25 minutes, internal temp 125*
let it rest for 20 minutes before carving
