Ingredients

  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb mozzarilla cheese,grated
  • 2 Tbsp parsley,chopped
  • 16-18 manicotti shells
  • 1 (32 oz) jar Newmans Oen Spaghitti sauce
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • Parmesan cheese,freshly grated

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ficotta,mozzarilla and parsley.Fill uncooked shells with cheese mixture.Place shells in baking dish.Brown beef,drain and add Spaghitti Sauce.Pour hot sauce over manicotti shells,cover and place in refrigerator overnight.Before serving,bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until hot.Serve with a bowl of grated parmesan,if desired.Serves 6.
