Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 large Romaine lettuce leaves
- TOPPINGS/FILLINGS:
- 1 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 4 tablespoons salsa

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown and crumble the turkey and seasonings in a large skillet; blot any excess grease with paper towels. Place a row of cooked turkey down the middle of each lettuce leaf and garnish with toppings; roll up and enjoy!
LC SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve instead with low carb corn tortillas if you prefer, but don’t forget to count the carbs. Add a big green salad on the side.
