Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbls. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbls. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 dash onion powder
- 4 porkchops 1/2" thick
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill. Mix all ingredients except pork in small bowl. Cover and grill pork 4-5 in from medium heat 10-12 minutes, brushing occasionally with honey mixture and turning once, until pork is slightly pink in center. Discard and remaining honey mixture.
