RUM BALLS

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp. rum extract
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water, chopped chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes - stirring constantly, then cool. Add graham wafers, walnuts, raisins, rum and salt. Shape into 1" balls and roll in chocolate shot. KEEP REFRIGERATED. Ripen in fridge before freezing.
