Ingredients
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 1/2 red pepper
- 4 T bacon chopped
- 2 t garlic ,chopped
- 1 large white onion
- 5 chix bouilion cubes
- 10 cup water
- 1 lb sliced russet pot..3 large
- 1 cup cream
- 1/4 bunch kale

Preparation
Step 1
brown 1 sausage and red pepper flakes in a large pot drain and set aside... saute bacon,onion,garlic in same pot til soft about 15 min...add boullion cubes and water ..heat to boil
add potatoes and cook til soft about 1/2 hr..add cream and sausage. heat through.
