Ingredients

  • 1 lb italian sausage
  • 1 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 T bacon chopped
  • 2 t garlic ,chopped
  • 1 large white onion
  • 5 chix bouilion cubes
  • 10 cup water
  • 1 lb sliced russet pot..3 large
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 bunch kale

Step 1

brown 1 sausage and red pepper flakes in a large pot drain and set aside... saute bacon,onion,garlic in same pot til soft about 15 min...add boullion cubes and water ..heat to boil
add potatoes and cook til soft about 1/2 hr..add cream and sausage. heat through.
