Ingredients
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Beehive Corn Syrup
- 1 1/2 Cups Salted White Peanuts
- 1 tsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Preparation:
Mix sugar and corn syrup in a bowl and put in microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Remove and stir in peanuts and put in microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Remove and stir in butter and vanilla and put in microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Remove and add baking soda and stir well (it will foam up).
Pour mixture onto a lightly greased cookie sheet moving it slightly from corner to corner so the peanut brittle spreads out.
Let it cool then break in to pieces, put in ziplock bag.
