Sriracha Mac

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb elbow pasta
- 1 tbl minced fresh ginger
- 2.5 tbls sweet butter, at room temperature
- 2 c. Mac Sauce (The recipe is on Key Ingredient)
- 2 c. grated Havarti cheese
- 2 tbls sriracha sauce and then put the bottle on the table
- 1 c. chopped green onions (the green parts only)
- 1/2 c. panko, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat the oven to 400F
2) Cook the pasta al dente, drain, rinse and drain again
3) Mash the ginger and butter together to form a smooth paste
4) Add the sauce, cheese and ginger butter to a large pot and cook over medium heat until the cheese is just melted. Add the Sriracha and pasta and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Take off the heat and add the green onions
5) Pour the mac into a 14" casserole and cover with the panko. Bake until hot and bubbly & the topping is golden about 20 minutes.
6) Take it out of the oven, drizzle with more Sriracha and serve.
