Sugar Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cubed Butter
  • 4 oz Sugar
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 6 oz Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and Sugar in stand mixer. Add beaten egg, a little at a time. Sift dry mixture and add to mixer. Add vanilla. Place dough in Suran wrap and store in refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting. Place cut cookie on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for baking.
