Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Med. Shrimp shelled and deveined
- 2 Tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar (regina)
- 1 c. xtra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tblsp. pickling spices
- 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
- 5 Bay leaves
- 3 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 fresh dill sprigs
- 3 lemons, sliced thin
- 14 c. crab boil
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan boil water to cook shrimp w/salt & crab boil 1-2 mins. Drain shrimp & transfer to large bowl. In samll bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, pickling spices, salt & pepper to taste & add to shrimp. Add remaining ingredients & combine mix. well. Chill Covered overnight
