Cheese Potatoes

  • 8 med. potatoes
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes w/skins Refrigerate til cold. Peel & shred potatoes. Mix everything together. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt. dish and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
