  • White or Red beans
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • OR
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • OR
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • oregano
  • onion powder
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil broccoli and carrots for 1 minute.
Cook pasta.
Make dressing
Combine all and toss
