- Pasta of choice
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Red Peppers/Green Peppers
- Celery
- Artichoke Hearts Drained
- Pepperchini
- Green Onions
- Parsley
- Dried basil
- White or Red beans
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic Vinegar
- 2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- OR
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- OR
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- oregano
- onion powder
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil broccoli and carrots for 1 minute.
Cook pasta.
Make dressing
Combine all and toss
