Ingredients
- 4 artichokes - stems trimmed, top thirds sliced off & thorns snipped
- 4 lemon quarters plus 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1 clove garlic, grated
Preparation
Step 1
cook artichokes in boiling, salted water w/ lemon quarters until outer leaves pull off easily (30-40 min)
combine mayo, garlic & lemon juice for dipping sauce
