Egg & Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (cooked, drained and crubmled)
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices of white bread, buttered and cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except bread. Pour over bread cubes in a greased 9x13 inch pan or glass casserole. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until browned and set in center. Can also be made ahead and frozen.
Serves 12 to 15.
