Jim's Crepe Cake

  • approx. 24 French-style crepes
  • leftover jams
  • whipped cream

Method:

Place one crepe on a cake plate and spread jam over it. Continue in this way, using a variety of jams, until all of the crepes have been used. When ready, whip the cream until peaks form. Spread the whipping cream on the sides and top of the crepe cake. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
