    oz ladyfingers..30 halves

in small bowl stir together water,brandy,expresso,1 T. sugar.. in med bowl, with mixer on mid. beat cream til soft peaks .. in large bowl, with mix on med high..beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy..abolut 4 min. continue beating add milk and vanilla in slow steady stream.beat until well mixed and fluffy.. about 2 min...with spatula, gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mix..in 8x8 pan arrange half ladyfingers flat side up in single layer..pour half of brandy mix evenly over..let stand til absorbed.. spread half of cream cheese mix over ladyfingers..top with remaining ladyfinges, brush with remaining brandy..spread with remaining cream cheese mix..sift cocoa powder evenly on top..cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hrs..
