Peach Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups fresh or canned sliced peaches, drained
  • 2/3 cup maraschino cherries
  • 1 pkg. 1-layer white cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Using microwave, melt butter in 10-inch pie plate. Add brown sugar and spread evenly.

Arrange fruit on top.

Prepare the cake mix and pour over fruit.

Bake in microwave for 10 minutes on high.
