Ingredients
- 6 lb skinless,boneless chicken breasts
- 2 (16oz) cans pineapple slices, drained
- 2 (15oz)cans mandarin oranges,drained
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup brown suger, packed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

1. Combine all ingredients in a 6-7qt crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours. serve with dirty rice and a salad.
