Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

Unbelievable!
Use light cream cheese and light condensed for a lower calorie version.
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 package Oreo chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- melted margarine (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
- Filling:
- 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
- 1 14-oz can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee (dissolved with 1 or 2 tsp. hot water)
- 1/2 pint (small carton) whipping cream.

Preparation:
Grease a large 9 x 13 glass pan. Put metal bowl and beaters in freezer in preparation for whipping cream. Find a flat location in the freezer that will accommodate the glass pan.
Crust:
Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and melted margarine together until holding firm and press down in glass pan.
Reserve some crumbs to garnish.
Filling:
The easiest way to prepare the filling is using a food processor with the blade installed. If not, your hand will get very sore beating the cream cheese.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, chocolate syrup and coffee. Mix well and pour into large bowl.
Using frozen bowl and beaters, whip cream until peaks form.
FOLD cream into cream cheese mix.
Pour into pan and freeze – at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with leftover crumbs.
Use a warm knife to cut.
Serve small portions – it is very rich.
