Biscuit Method

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Flour
  • 1/4 oz Salt
  • 1/2 Oz Baking Powder
  • 3 1/2 oz Butter, cold chunks
  • 6 oz cold Milk
  • If using Buttermilk instead of milk use baking soda instead of baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients with butter in stand mixer until butter is about pea sized. Add milk a little at a time until doughy. Turn out onto floured surface. Flatten, cut into biscuits with biscuit cutter. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
