Muffin Method with Liquid Fat

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Flour
  • 5 oz Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 8 oz Cold Milk
  • 2 oz Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 oz Blueberries, Frozen, rolled in a little flour

Preparation

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together, mix in stand mixer wet ingredients until mixed together. Stir in blueberries. Bake in 350 degree oven until browned.
