Hamburger Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 C chopped onion
• 1 TBL chopped garlic
• 1/4 C mayo
• 2 TBL olive oil
• 2 TBL ketchup
• 2 TBL chili sauce
• 1 TBL worcestershire sauce
• 1 TBL fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
• tobasco
• black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Puree until smooth all ingredients except tabasco & black pepper

season w/ tabasco & pepper

refrig up to 2 weeks

let come to room temp before serving
