Ingredients
- Blintz:
- 8 eggs
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/2 C oil
- 2 C milk
- 2 C flour
- 2 vanilla sugar
- Filling:
- 1 C sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 lb. farmer's cheese
- drop cinammon
- Sauce:
- 3 frozen strawberries with sauce
- 1/2 C Tokay wine
- 3 Tbs. corn starch
- Souffle:
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 lbs. sour cream
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla suagr
- pinch salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine souffle ingredients.
Combine blintz ingredients.
Fry thin blintzes.
Combine filling ingredients.
Blend 2 packs strwaberries with juice, one pack with reserve juice.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer over low heat with wine.
Layer souffle, blintz, filling, blintz, filling, blintz.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
Serve with sauce.
