Ingredients

  • Blintz:
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 2 C milk
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 vanilla sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb. farmer's cheese
  • drop cinammon
  • Sauce:
  • 3 frozen strawberries with sauce
  • 1/2 C Tokay wine
  • 3 Tbs. corn starch
  • Souffle:
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 lbs. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla suagr
  • pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine souffle ingredients.
Combine blintz ingredients.
Fry thin blintzes.
Combine filling ingredients.
Blend 2 packs strwaberries with juice, one pack with reserve juice.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer over low heat with wine.
Layer souffle, blintz, filling, blintz, filling, blintz.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
Serve with sauce.
