Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms, sautéed in butter
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Sprinkle of seasoning salt
- 2 1/2 cup (10oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Saute onions and then mushrooms in same pan.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredient and pour into a 2qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350F for 35-40 mins.
