Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Generously butter 9 x 9" square pan. Spread pecans in pan. Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. While stirring constantly boil over medium heat for 7 mins. Remove from heat and spread mixture over pecans in pan.
2. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot mixture and over until melted, about 1 min. Smooth melted chocolate over candy. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces, Store in tin. Do not double!
