Molasses Cookie Mix

1 jar cookie mix
3/4 c butter/margarine, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c sweet molasses
Preheat oven 375*. In large bowl, cream the butter, eggs & molasses. Add cookie mix and stil until the mixture is well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. Transfer to wire racks to cool.

Ingredients

• 2 c all purpose flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t baking powder
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t nutmeg
• 1/4 t cloves
• 1/8 t allspice
• 1 t ginger

Layer ingredients in order given into wide mouth 1 qt canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding next ingredient.
