Chicken and Gravy in a bag

This is an easy way to make a meal. Just put it all in the cooking bag and you have a meal. Serve with potatoes or rice.

Ingredients
- 1 Reynolds cooking bag
- 2 T flour
- 1 pkg. chicken gravy mix 3/4 to 1 oz
- 1/4 teas garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c water
- 6 skinless chicken pieces
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- Seasoned salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Shake flour in bag. Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Add gravy mix, garlic powder, and water to bag. Squeeze bag to blend. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper and place in bag. Add carrots and celery in bag around the chicken. Close bag with tie and cut six slits on top to vent. Bake until chicken is tender about 45 to 50 minutes.
