Homemade Milk Chocolate Ice Cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweet condensed milk (full fat)
- 1 1/2 cups full fat milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (full fat)
- pinch of sea salt
Combine all sugars with the cocoa then mix in the milk and heavy cream. Stir in the vanilla extract and condensed milk last.
Follow ice cream maker instructions, then freeze until it solidifies. Sprinkle with sea salt.
