Italian Bread Dipping Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T chopped fresh basil
  • 1 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 T chopped dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t freshly ground coarse black pepper
  • dash of red pepper flakes
  • 1 T finely chopped sundried tomatoes (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine olive oil, vinegar, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well Add all remaining ingredients; whisk until well blended. Let sit to allow the flavors to meld for about 1 hour before serving.
