Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T chopped fresh basil
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T chopped dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t freshly ground coarse black pepper
- dash of red pepper flakes
- 1 T finely chopped sundried tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil, vinegar, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well Add all remaining ingredients; whisk until well blended. Let sit to allow the flavors to meld for about 1 hour before serving.
