White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix

1 jar cookie mix
1/2 c butter/margarine softened
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 t vanilla
Preheat oven to 375*. In large bowl, cream butter, egg and vanilla. Add cookie mix and stir until mixture well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 min. Transfer to wire racks to cool.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c sugar
• 1/2 c chopped macadmia nuts
• 1 c white chocolate bakng chips
• 2 c all purpoe flour
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/2 t baking powder

Layer ingredients in order given into wide mouth 1 qt canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding next ingredient.
