Ham with Raspberry chipolte sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 tblsp vinegar
  • 2-3 chopped chipolte in adobo
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2 tblsp pink peppercorns , opt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Baste your ham roast every 30 minutes or so to make a glaze.
