Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups seedless raspberry jam
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- 2-3 chopped chipolte in adobo
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 tblsp pink peppercorns , opt
Preparation
Step 1
Bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Baste your ham roast every 30 minutes or so to make a glaze.
