Ingredients
- 2/3 c lt or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 8 sq (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate
- things for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
In med saucepan combine syrup & cream. Bring to boil over med heat. Remove from heat.
Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
Serve warm as a dip for fruit
Can be made a day of ahead. Store covered in refrig. reheat before serving
Microwave: med microwave bowl, combine syrup & cream. Microwave high 1 1/2 min or until boiling. add chocolate; stir until completely melted
