Pie - Pepermint-Chocolate Pie
- CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
- 1 pkg Thin Chocolate Wafers
- 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Combine sauce ingredients and melt over medium heat, stirring continually. Remove when it begins to boil. Cool.
Line 10" pie plate with thin chocolate wafers.
Add a layer of slightly softened peppermint stick ice cream.
Add a layer of cooled chocolate sauce, and then another layer of ice cream and chocolate sauce. It should have a marble effect - not smooth. Freeze for several hours
