Ingredients
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled,seeded,finely diced
- 1 green pepper,seeded,finely diced
- 2 scallions, green and white parts, finely diced
- 5 or 6 radishes, finely diced
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- salt and pepper
- cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all vegetables ingredients together. Add 1 teaspoon salt and some white pepper. Toss, cover and let rest in refrigerator overnight. Next day leave cream cheese out to come to room temperature.
Drain vegetables.
Mix cream cheese and vegetables together.
Adjust seasonings.
Enjoy, but don't eat too much!
